✔️We don’t use any advanced asanas like leg behind the head for example in our sequences, but we are working with basic asanas and using nowadays alignment techniques+creative transitions, so it never feels boring to flow-every class we have different sequences.

✔️It’s a dynamic style, we always move, so your body gets enough heat and your stretch will not be painful.

✔️It’s a best workout you can imagine-powerful cardio+coordination work+strength+gentle stretching.

✔️Music guides you the whole class, it’s not just a background in our classes. We use music in order to train our breath system. Inside Flow might be also called a modern Pranayama in motion.
